Seems to be aimed mainly at business rather than leisure travellers (breakfast 07.00 to 08.00 on weekdays). Quiet location. No hot water left in my room basin at 07.30 - I didn't try the shared bathroom. Staff friendly.

It's not exactly newly renovated but not rundown either. Very British and homely. And it's not that far from the city centre either. Given the price it's good value for money. Will definitely go there again the next time I visit Manchester

The staff is friendly couple, the hotel is clean, the place is near to Manchester's famous Curry Mile and not far from Piccadilly train station (less than 10 minutes by taxi). By the way, breakfast is included (fruit, juice, cereal, bread). Sure I'd stay there again...
