The place is ok for the price, especially in a capital. Hold by a couple, the guy speaks english, not the lady. I spent 3 nights: good furnitures, even a TV and bathub, however crappy and dirty curtains. A safety trap for the sewage disposal was in the room and not sealed properly so the 1st day it smelled very bad, but was cleaned after. Bathrooms are clean, excepted for the curtains. Cleaned on a daily basis.

There where also older people asleep in the beds in the middle of the day. I did not stay there, i payed for one night and left as soon as possible!

There are some prostitutes on this street and sex shops. The advantage is that it is on the walking distance to the sightseeings. The staff is not friendly. If you want to pay with the credit card, you pay some extra fee. Parking is not possible close to the hostel.
