Anyway,location is great,very near to the boat station.The thing is, they accept only cash when we were arrived,so if you dont carry much cash, please re-check with them directly before booking.

It\\\'s also not too far of a walk from the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square; lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. It was clean and I loved the way the room was decorated. As a young woman travelling alone I felt very safe. The only downside was that the phone didn't work in my room, but there was someone at reception 24hr.

Had a safety deposit box, air-con, and tv. The bed was hard though, and not to my comfort. Great location with virtually all amenities very close. For the price, very good value really.

Also 5 mins from Rialto Bridge and about 10 mins from St Marks Sq. We had quite a small double room but it was clean and well maintained, except for the minibar fridge not working. The staff were really friendly and nice. Reception is conveniently open 24 hours a day, which was also good because they looked after our luggage on our last day so that we could return whenever we wanted as we had a late night flight home.

The apartment was good, but it was not what we had contracted We are not satisfied, we will not recommend to anybody the site They did not give to us invoice and forced us to pay in cash.

The room was like a private suite with a very clean bathroom. The shower is very small but welcome to Italy- they all are. I stayed in a hotel after this expierence and it was not as charming as wonderful as the Locanda. I felt like I rented a private apartment in Venice- it was so perfect!!!

We stayed in the junior suite. Our room was HUGE, decorated very nice, and we got breakfast delivered to our room every morning at the time we requested. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful! I would pick this place over a huge 5 star hotel any day. I would also reccommend this place to my parents.

The area is safe and just off the main shopping road and a 3 mins walk from Ca d'oro boat stop. I was travelling alone and had a great time! The hotel is lovely all around! As indicated this room was on the ground floor and had no traditional window but a opening transom window over the door, it was sufficient for air circulation and there is an airconditioner for warmer times of years. Clean towels everyday but shower entrance too small for a large person but sponge bathed instead. Well decorated and charming.An absolute bargain at the price. I did see a room on the lst. floorThe vaparetto stop is within a regular city block so very convenient. Some restaurants/bars and bakeries close.No kitchen facilities for making coffee or tea but I would stay there again and would recommend this property.
