| Comments: It is good. Good location and nice kitchen and common area.
The bed is clean and bathroom is quite nice.
I would recommend it to other people.
But it is also a bit of expensive, it costs extra CAN$4 for non-HI member per person and per night. I slept for 2 nights, it costs >CAN$60. |

| Comments: Don't know what it will be like in the depth of winter, but the biggest challenge is keeping the dormitories warm. Otherwise, it's a really congenial place and agood base from which to branch out and become acquainted with parts of the city. |

| Comments: nice staff and nice place to stay, even after you checked out. but it might be better if we could check in a little bit earlier. 4pm is too late for a tired traveller. |

| Comments: This place is CLEAN and centrally located downtown. The too- young staff knows where all the beer blasts and good music are going, but have no clue as to the central public library (we have only niche libraries here) or main art museum. They don't know what a city bus schedule might be, either. They just plain don't know the city.
One young woman got very irritated with me when I kept asking questions and acted as if I was from out of country...which I am. They want interactions quick and easy, so that they may return to their own interests. Their mask of surface politeness was not something that I enjoyed. |

| Comments: No complaints at all - would definitely stay here again. We stayed in one of the rooms with a private bathroom, which was small, but clean and fine for our needs. Good thing was it was on the top floor, which meant things were quiet and the view wasn't bad at all. The roof terrace was nice and the voucher system for food was good. You're given one voucher for every night you book which means you can choose a free breakfast or dinner (if you've run out of vouchers you can pay for your meal and this is cheaper than you'd pay outside). There's a good selection of cooked breakfasts on offer or a nice home cooked meal in the evenings. Recommended! |

| Comments: The beds are VERY squeaky so bring earplugs. We stayed in two different rooms and the second was below par with a gaping hole where the fan had come away from the wall. This gave us the opportunity to hear the nearby building works. |

| Comments: Those HI ones just don't do it for me....they are just too institutionalized. It's not that it's a bad place, it just lacks spirit. Mayby it's size I've got a problem with |

| Comments: This was an excellent hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The hostel has a very relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for something a little more lively there are several different hostels in the area which can provide this. Not a party hostel but scores high on everything else! |

| Comments: Very bad that there is no common shower/washroom facilites - if you need to get up early to catch a flight/bus you have to wake everyone up. No possibility to dry hair etc outside room....... |

| Comments: We appreciated our own bathroom amongst the 8 bed female room. The outdoor patio, computer/lounge are great social areas and the placed was cleaned daily. Some of the metal beds should have the plywood under the mattress replaced in the upcoming year. |
