Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Italy 1st August 2008 Male 18-24 4/5 Comments: Probably the best and cheapest hotel-pension I've ever been: a nice neighbourhood (no traffic,safe and clean, very near to the main street for shopping, easy to reach it thanks to U-Bahn and buses); small but confortable rooms (TV,nice bathroom, hairdryer) and a delicious breackfast.The only strange thing?!?short sheet (i couldn't cover feet and cheast at the same time - and i'm not so tall)..anyway this hotel is recommendable!

I booked two 'double rooms' one had two single beds pushed together (fine no prob I hear you say!! except they didn't fit and left a big gap in the middle - very uncomfortable if you want to sleep together!. Our friends got a small room with two single beds one in an alcove and one by the window with no room to push them together. We asked for another room for them (they were very helpful) but the replacement wasn't particularily nice so they stayed where they were. Owner and staff lovely and very helpful, breakfast was a good continental. Just make sure you tell them when booking that you want a proper 'Irish' double bed (i.e) a bed big enough for two wee leprachauns or alternatively two singles which actually fit together seemlessly.

My partner decided to come with us after i booked, so we tried to contact the hostel. They arranged an extra bed in the room for us, so nice. All of us like this hotel very much. *Hostel price, hotel level.* Breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.

He found us a room in his other hotel (Hotel Kima). Everyone we encountered was friendly and the place was clean. It was quiet and a great place for people wjho are looking for rest and sleep. This was a great place to stay and I would definately stay there again if I ever get the chance to return to Berlin.
