A few of staff speaks a little English, but the rest none. Those who spoke English were very helpful. Internet in room does not work except on first few floors.

The rooms are good and clean and all of them have a balcony, a tv and a refrigerator. They have a good bathroom with everything we need. The breakfast is great. It is located in a calm and nice neighbourhood a bit far from the city centre, but close to a subway station: Maillingerstrasse. I liked it and I would stay there again. One of my students forgot a mobile phone there and the staff sent it back to Portugal. So, they are great people!

The only problem was that there was a noisy group of italian teenagers but i will definitely reccomend it. Oh and please better directions to get there!

Had just come from Austria (guess I should not write this here) but Lasserhoff Hotel,Salzburg was excellent and central also Haydn Hotel in Vienna was very good excellent location. You can hear every footstep from the neighbours next to and above your room. There is noise all night long from people who are coming in. Ask for a room at the top of the building.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, and the waiter is wonderful, very polite and extremely friendly! However, the staff in reception are quite indifferent. If there was a chance, I would stay in this hotel again, for its low price and great value.
