| Comments: Very clean toilets.
Watch out in the morning that the cleaning lady will enter your room without knocking around 10:45 :P |

| Comments: Look, I think that the experience that I had AT the hostel was pretty good. But getting ahold of the owner to get the key code to the front door was a pain in the Butt!! She didn't pick up for most of the day. It is definitely quite a bit out of the way too. But a nice quiet house in a great residential neighborhood that makes you feel like you are living in Barcelona. |

| Comments: The owner went out and I couldn't see her before check out. I had to wait for her because I didn't have changes and if I didn't pay, she insisted to take out my money of 15% more. I couldn't ask any information about Barcelona as well as around this hostel. Also there is no facility. |

| Comments: this is a nice, clean guesthouse. prices are reasonable (30 euro for single room, very basic, shared bathroom). the owner is very nice. difficult to get to, a bit out of the way. also, if you are arriving late at night, not a good choice because there is no staff there late. i had trouble getting in and had to wake up one of the residents. |

| Comments: Fine rooms, clean bathroom, free Internet and a decent kitchen. BUT It's too far away from everything! And an unpleasant incident: We stayed for 3 nights but never met the staff! The last night we started worrying about how we'd pay. When we called them they told us that we had paid by credit. Except we didn't know it! And the cherry on top: they had even changed the code of the entrance without letting us know the new one! So if we hadn't call them, when would we find out about it? |

| Comments: Wonderful place to stay, run by a very nice and social woman. Just need to make sure you get the door code each day or you will be locked out. Near a metro station. |

| Comments: It's quite guest house with a dorm room somewhere outside tourist places in one of residential regions of Barcelona. It's nice and clear. Lady which meet me was attentive and obliging, so I was quit happy to stay there, the only think I didn't liked they didn't let me to leave my bag until the evening of the day... |

| Comments: The hostel was easy to find, though not in an especially exciting area of the city. Most visitors are apt to head to Las Ramblas, which is a simple subway journey, but too far to reasonably walk.
The woman that operates the hostel was really great: friendly, helpful and really happy. Nonetheless, she lived elsewhere, so you may have to call her when you arrive. There is a pay phone near the subway exit that you can use for this (.50 Euros).
The hostel was quiet, spotless and a nice place to stay, but there were no group activites planned as at some other places, and so you need to be outgoing about introducing yourself to people (if you want to meet them) and planning your own nights out.
There were no lockers available, but building and room security was controlled by electronic locks, so that wasn\'t a problem for me.
Overall, I thought it was a great place and thst Diana was superb, but it was less vibrant than some of the hostels run by younger backpackers. |

| Comments: Be sure to get the security codes if you are arriving late-after 1300 or 1:00pm. Beware of the additional fees not mention when you are booking but expect to pay when you arrive-hotel taxes??. Not easy to find-your looking for just a door not a building?? My dorm bunk bed springs made noises, I had ear plugs so I was good to go and compfortable. But my hearing sensitive roomates where not happy-they did not have ear plugs!! Location is near store, resturants, market but kinda expensive. Internet available but old system and slow as snail crawl. Did not stay long-cost with taxes went over budjet for time there. All hostel must pay this tax!! 7% or 8% above cost and then the other fees, It adds up quick! |

| Comments: Me and wife (both Americans) stayed her for three nights. It's not downtown, you do need to do some traveling to get to Las Ramblas, but it's so clean and friendly it was worth it. The staff is great. Would stay here again. |

| Comments: The location is not instantly understandable just because there is no obvious signpost in front of the hostel. The lady takes care of all the matters, perhaps solely. She lives in her own house seperately from the hostel, so you have to make phone calls while she is away from the hostel. Otherwise, everything was fine. She was a nice person. |

| Comments: Pretty good hostel with a good location. Even though it's not right in the middle of Las Ramblas it does offer a local sight and off touristy culture view. Staff is very helpful if you have any questions about Barcelona and sights. |

| Comments: we stayed in a tiny double very small the door hits the bed and you have to turn sideways to enter. the place is clean and easy to get to by metro. biggest complaint was with the kitchen the owner doesn't live on site and comes to turn the gas off at 9.30 pm but doesn't return on a regular time frame the following day to turn it back on. so for us self cateres we missed cooking b'fast one day and lunch another. it is a nice place to stay but no atmosphere and no alcohol policy!!! |

| Comments: A great place! Diane is really nice, and she knows a lot of good places to go in the city. As mentioned before, it's a little out of the way, and so that makes is quieter, but it's really close to the Metro, which is all you really need to get around. The mini kitchen was a plus, and it was great meeting lots of fellow travelers. I would definitely stay here again |
