| Comments: It is your average business hotel, but it has a very nice location and a fair price. If this is in your price range it is worth the money. |

| Comments: Business hotel.. Good value for money especially in Tokyo.. Perfect for getting over jetlag since it's close to Ueno (easy to get to from Narita), and very quiet. Not so great for meeting people. |

| Comments: This hotel was excellent.
It was well located around the corner from the Asakusa shrine, and just a few blocks away from the train station that could take you anywhere in Tokyo.
It was close to a really cool Samuri Cafe, where the english-speaking bar tenders welcomed us with open arms.
Fantastic hotel.
loved it! |

| Comments: Very nice place for the price. One of the maps I saw online misled me about the location of this hotel, erroneously placing it nearer to Tokyo Station (in the middle of the Imperial Gardens!). Nevertheless, I was very happy to find it and sleep off my jet lag. |

| Comments: This place is a great deal -- clean, spacious, affordable, an easy train ride to major attractions. It is better than some of the fancy hotels near Tokyo station and half the price. |

| Comments: Good location near subways. Very clean. Staff helped me understand the payphone system in English. No English or French channels on basic cable on the TV. I unplugged the mini-fridge for quiet during sleep time. |

| Comments: Clean cheap hotel with reasonable sized rooms very near the subway and Ueno station. Less than 90 mins from Narita Airport. Staff speak good english and are helpful. A good base to explore Tokyo and surrounding area. |

| Comments: The staff over accommodated when we had questions about calling cards and Japanese in general. They knew English very well. The cleaning crew was never intrusive and always friendly.
The location is excellent! It is right across the street from the metro stop. You can see the hotel as soon as you get out of it. It is less than a quarter mile to the local touristy spots. There are tons of food choices and convenience stores around. It\\\'s all-around a great choice for a good price. |

| Comments: A decent \"business hotel\" but perfectly good for the tourist as well. Front desk staff spoke resonable English. Very close to a metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. |

| Comments: Although the hotel was not in the centre of the Tokyo action, Asakusa is a great area for eating and shopping. In fact, Asakusa was one of our favourite areas of Tokyo! The hotel was really close to a train station which made getting around really easy. The room was small, but the bathroom was big. Everything was as expected. |

| Comments: It is located just one block away from subway station and from a "fun" street with all kind of restaurants (local and international as well as KFC or McDonald's), there is even a 7 Eleven a few meters away!!! Tokyo is a big city and its hard to have a glimpse of it in a specific zone, so if you are looking for comfort for a reasonable price and good location with metro station near by, this is it! Rooms are big enough, considering Japanese tight rooms. |

| Comments: The location was great - just a 50m walk from the subway station. The only problem was that the bar fridge in our room was a little noisey at night, but we didn't notice it after a couple of nights. |

| Comments: I really liked staying at this hotel. My room was small, but it was affordably priced and a nice alternative to staying in a dorm. It had a big deep bath and a good shower. It is just across the road from the metro station and a short walk from the major sights in Asakusa. It has free broadband internet in the rooms on request (they give you a cable) and a laptop downstairs for general use. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Very happy with my stay here. |

| Comments: Room was very small but kept clean by staff. Only one computer for the internet but it is free for guests and I never had to wait to use it. Good location as it is cheaper then the centre and is near to the Sensoji temple and other shrines. It is opposite a metro station- easy to get around on the metro and get into the centre. |

| Comments: The beds were a good size but rock hard - like sleeping on a plank of wood.
Location was good - easy access to subway, local shops and eateries. |

| Comments: Location in Asakusa was excellent. Close to the river & river buses. We recommend that arriving guests with baggage travel from Narita to Ueno and take a cab from there for the short ride from there to the hotel. The closest Metro station, Tawaramachi, has no escalator or lift. We followed the hotel's advice and took our bags to Tawaramachi & hauled heavy bags up many stairs. When we left however, a taxi to Ueno [connecting to mainline to Narita] was cheap and quick. A very good hotel, friendly & helpful staff, with English spoken, a good location and no negatives to report. |

| Comments: It was amazing - there are two original Joan Miro paintings in the lobby! The free Internet access was great, too. It's a bit pricey, but an excellent place to stay if you're looking for something classy and comfy in Tokyo. |

| Comments: Can't give character too high of a rating as it's a typical hotel. Very nice interior though. Access to a Jonathon's on the second floor. Well placed between two subway lines. Some of the staff were very outgoing, others were rather distant. Overall a rather pleasant experience. |
