There were 2 computers in the lobby with free internet access plus free wireless if you brought your laptop. They came and made our bed every day. My group reserved a double room and a quad room. Both had private bathrooms and we werent even expecting that. Great location. Very close to Plaza Mayor.

Eso hizo pésima nuestra estadía. No era muy agradable llegar cansado despues de recorrir madrid, y saludar sin ser saludado. Además no todo lo prometido en la página es cierto. Recomiendo preguntar muy bien antes de reservar.

But we saw the shared bath room was clean enough. The staff was friendly, answering our every question, recommonding us to a wonderful restaurant to eat the paella and a cheap bar to see the flamenco, helping us to book a taxi for sending us to airport in early morning. We are thankful for choosing this hostel.

We couldn't get past how dirty eveything was! And noisy! Walls are paper thin and people are suppose to be quite after midnight nobody is so don't expect to sleep at all! The bathroom was shared by too many rooms and always busy! We would never go back or tell anyone else to! Should have spent more and stayed at a better hostel! ! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Very clean and new- bathrooms and showers very clean- cleaning lady cleans throughout the day and even makes your bed and straightens room each day! Not the best for meeting people (tho i went off season) but so close to the centre and at a great price! I'd recommend and stay here again any time i'm in madrid!

The guys from "Free tours" come and pick you up in the lobby for a "free" city tour or in the night for a pub crawl. It's fun and you can pay the guide as much as you think he deserved. Rooms were not the most comfortable. But the price is unbeatable. Note that no breakfast is included/ offered!

They have wood floors which are extremely squeaky and the noises of the road are completely audible from inside the room. The showers and rooms were clean. We wanted to lock up our luggage during the day but they only had one key for the three lockers in the room and that key didnt even work. The reception desk is 3 floors up (4th floor). They have rooms starting 2 floors up and that really confused us.

Clean bathrooms, nice sized lockers, great english speaking staff, some really good events....GO ON THE FREE TOUR...my only qualm was that the front door was not always locked, but this was probably the responsibility of the tenants, not the staff.
