One of the best places we stayed on our whole trip. Everything was just as they described - simple and clean. The location was pretty good, we walked to and from the center a couple of times which was a nice 30/40min walk in the sunshine, but also great being so close to train station, metro and trams, great to have so many options!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating - 23rd September 2008 Couple 18-24 3/5 Comments: located a short walk from westbanhof there are plenty of metros and trams nearby to get you where you need to go. the staff is friendly and the gust kitchen is awesome. our room even had a mini fridge to keep food. there are only two washers and two dryers for the entire place but it only cost 4 euro to wash and drying is free so we can\'t complain you just have to wait your turn. This place doubles as long term housing for university students so it\'s fairly quiet and peaceful in the evening especially on weekdays. the room was clean on arrival but there is no day to day cleaning service only between guests so cleanliness of the room during your stay will depend on how clean you keep it.

No reception, no signage ?!?!, no bells, nothing to indicate that this was a hostel at all besides the fact that it was at the address given. The place was empty and a guy we meet on the street told us that the building was a privet residence! TO add to that, several months later i discovered that this \"Hostel\" had billed my credit card for the full stay!!! What a scam! No way to contact these people either. IN SHORT-DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

The girls from reception are nice and they will give u directions to move around but they won't make the xtra effort 2inform you better. Internet is troublesome, theres no wifi and they have 3 pcs for the whole hostel, one of them never works and the other 2 go very slowly. If you're a nonsmoker u have no common rooms to go to because people are always smoking everywhere. Location is good enough

The toilet bowl was leaking and I had to permanently sop the dirty fetid water by myself. The garbage basket stayed for 2 days in front of our door and it was removed only after I reclaimed for 3 times to the receptionist. When I requested the room clening, they told me that this is done for a minimum one week accomodation in the hostel.
