Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Italy 16th November 2008 - - 1/5 Comments: a couple of employees were friendy, the rest of them very arrogant starting from the african man in the reception and finishing to the australian manager with glasses. the hostel is very dirty and many people steal while in the reception are completely indifferent and unpolite to customer's complaints. don't stay in this hostel!

One of the girls in the room reported it to reception, so 2 guys from reception came up asked us to leave the room. They beat the guy up leaving him with injuries and the police came. I strongly advise people NOT to stay here as its not safe il never stay there again i hope it closes down.

I moved to this hostel for it's location and it didn't dissapoint, except on Sunday when I was out late and the trains were done early, even then the buses weren't that bad... Good location and price, handy internet cafe and friendly fellow guests.

( taki souvenir z Londynu, zamiast pocztówek )

This place was disgusting and gross!!! There was a mouse in our room that ate through a backpack and a shirt...The staff refused to do anything about it on multiple occasions except to give us something to plug into the wall to "scare" it away. The only good thing was the breakfast. It consisted of toast and cereal and the location wasn't just too terrible it is beside a metro station.

Although I didn\\\'t got anything stolen, cause I i didn\\\'t spend much time at the hostel, and didn\\\'t leave any values at the room, one of my other roommates lost everything. This thief had been at the hostel a month before (i was told) doing the exact same number. What I can\\\'t understand is why she wasn\'t permitted acces to the hostel?
