Got there and the "free shuttle" was not available because the driver was getting breakfast.which is just toast and juice. doors are so hard to open. its way far away from the city in a bad area. staff was rude. everything was filthy. caters to older people and migrants it seems. please spend the extra pound or two and stay somewhere safer, cleaner, and in a better location. would never stay there again. hootananny the second night was great

It is also convenient for gigs etc in Wembley. Overall it's very convenient if you have lots to do in London but can't afford to splash out on a hotel!

The communal kitchen equipment is poor, so difficult to self cater. Noisy road at the front. Staff found my passport (I'd dropped it a day before), then found me and returned it before I knew it was missing. Its a good basic base.

For 5 GBP a night, it was quite a bargain but I'm not sure its worth much more than that. Breakfast is toast, WIFI is NOT free (3 GBP / day), and pretty dirty altogether. The kitchen didn't work either....

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Spain 1st January 2010 Couple 25-30 1/5 Comments: A nosotros nos toco la noche de año nuevo y fue un desastre, todo estaba muy sucio, a unos pasajeros les robaron las maletas y la ubicación era un problema, ya que estaba muy lejos del metro y el bus pasaba muy pocas veces al día. Mas encima creo que para todas las habitaciones que tienen no pueden tener solo 2 baños.

It\'s really dirty, you just don\'t want to sleep on these matresses and sheets. The staff is unfriendly and speaks only broken English and you don\'t really want to meet most of the people around there. Don\'t stay there, even if it\'s just for one night, you won\'t be able to sleep and if you\'re out, you\'ll be worrying that s.o. might steel your bag while you\'re away. It\'s really utter crap.

Seemingly nothing to eat in the coffee shop if you don't eat cheese. Door to my room (219) did not lock automatically. Matress on at least the bed I slept on had springs virtually coming through.

The hostel also it´s not too far away, with the oyster card, you can go to the importants places in london.
