Comments: Flaminio is a great camping - prices are affordable in restuarant and bar. A shame that some of the Firenze bungalows were a bit run down due to the end of the season maybe? And pity that the road to the railway station is very busy a second zebra closer to the camping is maybe a good option and better pavements!

Comments: Basic, but saves money being out of the city. The bathrooms for the camping ground are incredible... so nice... even has classical music and fountains and seats for the mirrors!

Comments: They say that they are close to rome but it took about 50 minutes. Its really dangereus to pass the way from the trainstation to the village. Dogs are barking all day & nigth long . The breakfust was disturbing whith all the insekts around. you have to pay for swimming cap 2 euros . Wont go back. A lot of germans.

Comments: this hostal wich i really don't consider a hostal its really far from the city. its where european families go, to get away from the city. you see trailer homes with families , babies grandparents and what now, def no the travelers mood. i don't recommended

Comments: It's look like more a hotel than a hostel. A little far from the centre but good price and confort. Nice breakfast and swimming pool. Unfortunatelly we stayed just one night. But we would like to stay again.

Comments: The staff here was fantastic. This was a nice change from a traditional hostel or hotel in Europe. It was nice to have a little more space. The bungalows are nice and the dog park nearby is not really an issue. We also never had a problem with hot water. Thanks to all the staff.

Comments: If you're into camping it's very nice, but if you think the private bungalows sound fun...you're wrong. It's in the middle of nowhere in which you have to cross a highway to get to- w/ no lights/crosswalks. Everyone had to say something to get warm water, otherwise it came in cold and very cold.

Comments: hell on earth. never go to this place. no where near centre filthy rooms with no maid service. no toilet roll, towels, plug sockets, no bath mat and the floors were filthy so after a shower you wlk wet dirty water everywhere. the staff were awful too very rude. do not go to this place. it is also quite far fom the train station and to get to it u have wlk on a busy road with no path. honestly there are quite cheap hostels in the centre of rome they\'ll only cost u about 3 quid more a night, get one of those

Comments: Awesome, in some ways. This is not a hostel but a collection of trailer-type cabins in a beautiful park 15min north of Roma. We loved that these were the cheapest beds around Roma, and that, to top it off, they were in a private room. The cabin had two rooms, each with two small beds (which couldn't be pushed together) and a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) in between. So that part of it was great, as was getting away from the traffic noise and getting beautiful scenery. However, you must walk 7min through the peaceful park to get to the road, then another 7min along a busy road with no cross-walks, stop-lights, or side-walks to help you (and, of course, Italian drivers are insane). THEN, you wait up to 15min for the communter train which takes 15min to get to the Flaminio metro stop. From here you can walk to La Spagna or ride a few metro stops (using the same ticket that got you on the commuter train) to the Vatican, Termini, or the Colosseo. So carefully weigh the pros and cons with what you want for your trip. We were happy with it, but under different circumstances it could have been a real let-down, especially since we didn't really know what to expect.

Comments: This accomodation was much worse than i could have imagined. It was filthy, the rooms had mould in them and the condition of the room overall was appauling. The location was terrible, the exit of the accomodation was situated alongside a main road, which seemed rather dangerous to me. Also, to get into rome, you had to get a train for about 20 minutes each time. Not convienient at all.

Comments: This is a camping ground that appears to have created an image of 5 stars. The operah music in the shared toiletes and showers is nice but, more important would be for them to clean the rooms and toilets before you check in. The reception is not of the friendliest and most helpful and the 5 euro an hour internet is a joke! Very cheap price to pay for the stay and now I know why

Comments: it is an absolute joke to call half a static caravan a 'bungalow'. we were charged £200 to stay in half a caravan for one week. it is outrageous. the floor shook when someone in the other half of the caravan moved and we could hear their every word when they spoke. this ruined our holiday and we were very very unhappy with this accommodation. in all other respects flaminio village was brilliant but the 'bungalow' was a huge disappointment.

Comments: This place was cool! It was a bit far out of the city, and very annoying every day to travel to and from, but other than that was great. It was clean, the toilets looked like they would not be out of place at Harrods, with marble, music playing, and fountain in the middle of the room, and perfumed, it was great. And the rooms were cute, quite small but big enough to suit us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and generally we had a really good time here.
