This included waking us up before 8am on a saturday morning. Telling us to be quite when having a few beers whilst drinking on a friday night in the common area (this was mainly because they wanted to watch tv. There was only 1 bathroom on each floor (therefore about 20 something guests) and these weren't the cleanest. The breakfast was really bad. Stale bread and there was no toaster and terrible museli.

On the other hand, the rooms are extremely small, we did not have a shower on our floor as promised on the phone, there are no towels (so bring them yourself), and the water in the shower is iffy.

One day someone stranger slept in our room because the staff messed up the keys. We got a different room on the last day which wasn't the same level as we payed for (2 single beds instead of a double)

DO NOT TOUCH the TV. we got yelled at for a full 5 mins. felt like i was sleeping in a clean gas station.....

It was within walking distance of the vondel park, rijksmuseum, van gogh, leidseplein, we walked everywhere. Staff were great, awesome free breaky, clean rooms, good kitchen. About 20mins walk to train station.
