At the bar a few blocks away that we went to we were able to find someone's WiFi, but there is a cheap internet cafe nearby. Very clean. The woman running the place was really nice and was waiting for us on our arrival since we were checking in near the end of the evening.

They said to cross the bridge from the bus station and turn right. The bus station in Cork is on an island so there are bridges in both directions. If you cross the wrong bridge and turn right you end up walking very far and getting very grumpy. When I mentioned this to the girl who signed me in she was completely disinterested.

The taxi ride, which I used at night, was only about 6 o 7 Euro. I enjoyed the great ambience, which I found to be there with all the other travellers. The owner is very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hostel.

Great location, clean, everything you could need and a really nice relaxed content atmosphere.
