The apartment although simply furnished was well equiped and clean. Lots of local bars,restaurants,bakers and small shops nearby.

No staff as such but the owners were very helpful in making arrangements for getting and returning the key/the deposit. The flat was a bit musty spelling and dark, and not very cosy. But it was clean and very cheap, so all in all it was good value for money. The bar next door was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night - bring earplugs if your staying there during the weekend.

On the other hand, thus the appartment is on the groundfloor, it happened to be quite noisy: you here every moto and car that drives by and in the opposite there were very noisy american students, partying all the night. For adults with strong nerves, tumb ears or good earprotection though it is a nice place to stay.

It was very basic, but had some faults. The latch on the door was bent, and would allow for easy access if someone wished to break in. However, the owner was very rude, and essentially forced us out of the apartment early on the last day. He was very unhelpful, and had quite a blunt manner.

One side had the beach, the other side had the mariner and over the mariner was La Rambla. Had a great stay. Great price!!

You have everything you need in the apartment and it´s just 30 sec away from the beach. 15 min walk to the Rambla. Make sure owners know what time you´re leaving to get your security deposid back. It's a nice small apartment that sleeps 4 (we had 4 and it was fine). It was very clean, although it's quite humid and because of that it is a bit musty inside, but we would stay there again. The owner is very nice and helpful. Don't bring a car if you can avoid it - parking in Barcelona is a pain!
