Comments: This hostel was really good, the rooms were always very clean and tidy, although boiling hot. SO HOT and you cant change the temperature. The hostel is located a bit far away but they have a shuttle which is good. The common room is also really nice and the staff are so helpful, although there is one grumpy man on breakfast cereal watch.

Comments: it's a great place to stay, althought the villa was a bit out of the way BUT they have set up a system that guarentee that that would not be a problem- great shuttle bus system!... the bar/lounge scene is great and met a lot of people! the staff was sooo helpful! truly a great place to stay in Nice!

Comments: Expected more from a top hostel as stated on the page. A lot of renovations going on. Rooms are extremely basic but enough for what is needed for a hostel. The dining area is large and convenient with basic breakfast available evry morning. The dinners are reasonably priced and good meals. The internet is very slow but handy to have available at anytime. The shuttle is helpful but I preferred to walk to the tram stop (10 mins) Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly

Comments: some staff were a bit cold and unfriendly, but for a big hostel in the off season, it still had a lot of character. my room was really really hot for mid november...breakfast really is the absolute best and so are the dinner options and cheap alcohol! definately reccommend it

Comments: Great social bar & overall atmosphere. Tradeoff is considerable noise on busy nights. Shuttle makes up for the location.

Comments: This place was unbelievable. Best hostel I've stayed at in Europe. Get the meals that they offer at night, they are cheap and excellent. The huge common room is fun, and you can't argue with tall-boy beers out of the vending machine for 1 euro.

Comments: AMAZING!!! That is the only way to describe the Villa... I don't think it's possible to find a bad thing to say about the place... The worst part is trying to decide which one of all their cereals you want in the morning...

Comments: My second time staying here, and I was just as happy as the first time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole place has a great atmosphere. I really like that the shuttle van runs back and forth to the tram stop very frequently...saves a walk up the big hill!

Comments: Whilst the location was not ideal (up a steep hill near the end of the tram line), the hostel van servicing clientele as a bus was brilliant, so nothing could be faulted. My friend got bed bugs but they upgraded her to a better room as an apology. Character, breakfast, bar BRILLIANT. Net needed to be faster on many of the portals, was a bit ridiculous. But would stay here again, definitely.

Comments: The showers were gross and moldy and falling apart. The staff seemed to be really friendly ... with eachother...unless you were blonde and Australian. Common area was great. Free internet nice but slow! The location was far out of the main center, but it was never a problem - 1 euro transport and free shuttle from tram station to hostel every 15 minutes!!! No locking doors or lockers in rooms... sketchy security.

Comments: The staff is definitely there to party at night so beware if you have a room near the chapel/bar. However, the staff are very helpful, they always have thoughts on what you can do with your day. The common space makes it very easy to meet people and the drinks are cheap. The location isn't as bad as people say, just be prepared to walk if you're returning to or leaving the hostel between 12 and 6 (or just look for people who are checking in that are waiting for a ride.

Comments: Very peaceful--away from Central Station and the crazy beach hostels--yet that\'s also a bit of a problem--its far away from everything. If you are staying in Nice for your second time--or staying for a while and not into being right by the beach--this hostel is a good little hideaway--great staff, great crowd--

Comments: An awesome hostel to stay at if you are looking for like-minded travellers that enjoy partying. The location wasn´t great but it´s a short tram ride to the beaches and old town. The staff are really friendly and helpful as well. The dorms aren´t great but the character of the hostel makes up for that with a great kitchen, cheap laundry service, free breakfast, free internet (a little slow but free none-the-less) cheap drinks and large common room.
