Great location - walking distance to everything (redlight dist., train station, anne frank house, etc.) Room was great, very clean, lots of space, tv (very small), great for couples or even a group with lots of floor space to sleep. Overall a great place for the price and worth a little more per night than a hostel.

The host, Paul was so nice, he actually met me at the station and walked me to the apartment because I got lost. The apartment was large, secure, clean and perfect for my girlfriend and I. He gave us advice and maps, ideas of what to do, very helpful. I would stay there again for sures.

A lovely little room with lots of character but nowhere to hang up wet coats!! I only put average for 'fun' because it was a room not a hotel or any place where fun would be an issue.

One word of warning if your a light sleeper be aware that the bar across the road is very loud and open till 4am. despite this we really enjoyed our stay at true love.

The staff, who are based in the nearby antique shop were incredibly helpful .We have stayed in Amsterdam many times and this was extremely good value.

La situación no es la misma que se reserba en un principio, esta el lugar de trabajo del dueño. Sin embargo la casa no esta a mas de 400m y como localizacdión es aún mejor. Se lo recomendaria a cualquiera. Mucho mejor que un Hotel

The room was nice, light, clean and (for my expectations) spacious. Nellson was really helpful; both with the reservation and giving me info of Amsterdam. The bar in front is loads of fun...talk to the bartenders and you'll se what I mean :D. I would recommend this place for everybody (except very young party people). This is not really the place to meet a lot of people. Ps. The stairs are steep.
