No room, eventhough I made reservation early enough and paid deposit of 20 euros and informed you about our late arrival. I lost my deposit, I was left without a room in the middle of the night to London and all this thanks to your and your rude staff. I will never recommend your hostel to any one. Thanks to internet, lots of people will hear about your way to handle your clients.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Sweden 30th May 2008 Female 41+ 3/5 Comments: Due to the character of the buildings in G.B its always high humidity/damp in the rooms, perhaps you should consider radiators with a in-built fan, that could be on for a few hours before arrival. We had to start by taking out all the sheets of the beds and hang them up to get them dry.Its not a complaint to your hostel, its in every hotel/hostel I have visited in G.B.

I had been extra charge to my bill because i paying by card. They must tell me early about this!!!! They charge me for storing luggage in their hotel for two pounds unfairly.

There was a lot of mold in the room, the cleaning staff went through our luggage and the shower flooded the bathroom in about ten minutes. If you're going strictly for location, it's perfect.

Showercabin, absolutely badly kept, should be changed!!!! The WC was the most awful thing, HUMIDITY on the walls, patches of mould, wallpaper falling down and We had the 5 pers room at the grounfloor, a few steps down.

Our room was awfully shabby. The bathroom was full of mould and the floor was wet underneeth. The last day of our staying the ceiling was leeking.I I really don´t think they should let a room like this out. We will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Italy 2nd March 2008 Male 18-24 2/5 Comments: i have booked a room for 5 people with bathroom and they gave me 2 rooms(1 for 2 and 1 for 3 people) without bathroom. i asked to change the room or have the money because i have paid to have a bathroom. they said me that two rooms without bathroom were more expensive than a room with bathroom. but i didn't want 2 rooms. i arrived one day later because my flight has been cancelled, i sent an e-mail to the hotel to informate them but i have paid for all days. breakfast dosen't exist. the staff isn't sympatic. dirty everywhere. only good things:location and free internet.

Pero tardamos una hora en encontrarlo porque no llevabamos mapa. Cuando llegamos llamamos por tlf porque la puerta estaba cerrada y enseguida nos abrieron. La habitación era de cuatro personas con una litera y una cama de matrimonio, tambíen teníamos baño dentro. Las sabanas muy limpias y toallas limpias cada mañana. NO HAY DESAYUNO. A 15 MINUTOS DE BUHKINGAM PALACE, y a dos minutos de estacion de bus y de la de tren.
