Only one shower working so 20 people to use the one shower. No toilet paper in the toilets.Our cabin sink blocked and the pipe leaked onto the floor.Try other options first,this has to be the last resort.

The rooms are tiny, but that's to be expected. The free breakfast is nice, and it's close to the metro/bus station (blaak) which is very handy. They have 2 cute, very calm dogs that I enjoyed the company of. My only problem was that the husband and wife who run the hostel pop in and out at random, so I couldn't check out in time to catch my train.

It's not hygienic at all.Rooms and showers were also horrible.Rooms were too small.We couldn't even walk inside. Showers were quite old and dirty.Nothing find to say for the staff..The man was rude and unfriendly.It was impossible to find the answers of our enquires.Please don't waste your money.

The rooms are pretty little, but there's all you need to pass a good overnight. The hostel has very cheap bike rental and it is located right in the city center the train station it's very easy to reach with the tram . I definitely recommend it!

Some areas of the boat area rather messy. There were even boards stored under my bed. The cabins, as to be expected, were very small. However, the price was right.

The staff were very accommodating, managed to book us an extra night which we needed; told a lot about Dutch culture and also trusted us, I guess, so it all comes to being friendly and flexible from both sides. We had hot water for shower! Excellent wireless Internet on board too! I was quite worried before arriving in Rotterdam because of the negative reviews here, but now I'd suggest Clipper to everyone!
