| Comments: A well located cheap and cheerful hotel that did exactly what it said on the tin. Room and general hotel was clean and very handy for the tube. I'd stay again |

| Comments: The room was newly refurbished, clean, secure and nice, but the breakfast was poor (2 slices of white toast, plastic disposeable cutlery, basics cornflakes and instant coffee). Location excellent for Eurostar, staff all very pleasant. |

| Comments: We spent a night here in june : our room was clean and had been refresh, it was confortable. The only problems were the walls who were so thin that we could here what people were doing on the bathroom next to our room, and the breakfast that was not that good (two toast, butter, ham, tea and coffee). But for the price, it's really good, and I would definitely come back. |

| Comments: The hotel was clean, quiet and very good located - 2 minutes from a tube station. Receptionist was very pleasant, he served breakfast every morning - toasts with marmalade and you can also have cornflakes with milk if you want to.We had 3 bed private ensuite room - single bed was ok, but double one was very old and I felt every spring on my back... |

| Comments: The 'hotel' itself is in an acceptable state. Our room hasn't been undergoing the renovation yet as it seems but the bathroom on the floor has. It looks pretty good and was always cleaned well - just like the room.
The location is really good. Quiet; Nice, cheap restaurants and pubs right behind; One minute walk to the tube station; Five stations to London Bridge.
Breakfast is - well - its cornflakes, toast with jam and instant coffee... |

| Comments: Very nice place if u are looking for something cheap. Nothing fancy but has all you need and is quite tidy. The location is central and easily accessable by tube and night bus. The only thing that bothered us was the noise in the mornings... |

| Comments: Wasn´t worth for the money. "Continental Breakfast" was made up of 1 sort of jam and cornflakes and plastic dishes. Boy @ Reception was totally unwilling to help and in a bed mood. Would nobody recommend to stay in this hotel... |

| Comments: A peaceful place to stay, location is very good, only short trip to Kings Cross station. Room was clean and nice thing was that the room was claned during the stay. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. Best low budget hotel so far! Only thing to improve was that there were no Internet access for customers to use. |

| Comments: This hotel was horrible. There was no shower curtain in my bathroom which was also a cleaning closet and the staff bathroom (I had to shower in King's Cross). The toilet seat was always up. The alarm system wasn't working, so it was constantly beeping. The staff never turned the beeping off until I asked them too. The hotel was noisy. . I do not recommend this, even at the low price. |

| Comments: Hotel is right accross Kings Cross, ensuite rooms for a good price per night. Don't expect any entertainment, here it's only about having your breakfast, leaving the hotel and come back to freshen up and sleep. This place is perfect for that! |

| Comments: We stayed there two nights and the first night our bed was horrible (springy, dent in the middle) whereas the second night we had a larger room and the bed was really comfortable. Hopefully the renovations that the hotel seems to be undergoing will include changing the mattress from that first bed! Also the walls were really thin and the doors creaky, so you could hear lots of noises whenever your neighbours are up. Otherwise the bathroom and sheets were very clean. You have to ask for towels. |

| Comments: Nothing luxurious, but all in all it was a good place to stay. The room was cleaned every day, the bathoom was recently renewed, the only bad thing were the matresses, which were quite beaten up. |

| Comments: A clean basic hotel. My room is spacious and clean, with good ventilation and lighting (nice high ceiling). The bed is a bid old and thin so i found it a bit hard to sleep on the first night, but it's actually OK. My bathroom and toilet are small but clean and worked perfectly.
What impressed me the most is the hotel owner. Very friendly guy, very helpful. Even helped me get a ticket for a sold-out event!
All in all, I'm glad I chose this hotel. |

| Comments: The hotel was under refurbishment, so whole place was in chaos, messy and very untidy. The kitchen was dirty and the breakfast was very poor, just self service instant coffee and tesco value toast. |

| Comments: This 'hotel'should profile itself as a very cheap hostel, not as some semi-luxury hotel. That way the guests won't get dissappointed.
And please get some proper breakfast... |

| Comments: Carpet was quite dusty, there was mustiness smell in the closet and you could see the washbasin itself was a bit musty between taps. Sheets were clean though and that\'s the most important things for me. The toilets on the floor were also clean.
I\'ve already stayed there in the past and I think it\'s a good value for money if you don\'t have high expectations (I don\'t). The location is perfect and you can find nice little retaurants for a good price in the area. |

| Comments: This is a very good place whwn you are a student and rather wanne spend your money elswhere in London. we stayed in one of the redecoreted rooms and had a bathroom(tiny but good). Tired from walking in City, but still felt all the springs of the mattress. It\'s a pluss that it is a fridge in the rooms and the staff are nice and remembered us even if it was 2 years since last time we stayed there. |
