The staff was amazing, even at 2 in the morning! They all were very helpful and fun to talk with. The location was really great too. It has an underground station very close by and it is only a few stops to get to the central areas of London, like the Pickadilly Circus. I really enjoyed this Hostel and would recomend it.

There is a lat of attractions to visit, the earlier you can leave the better is. Nice that it includes a light breakfast. As usual with hostels in the UK, quite a few stairs if you're on the top floor and sometimes there's a bit of a wait to use the shower. But that's pretty standard. I've stayed here on two occasions and I'd stay here again.

Its in a great location, the staff is friendly and helpful, you can store your luggage there for free in the luggage room, the beds have locker-like things and you can shut your belongings in there with your own lock. There is a nice breakfast (toast, cereal, meat and cheese, tea and coffee, etc). The place isn't the best but I would probably go back if I'm ever in London again.

The location is perfect, especially the Queensway street with two underground stations and kosmopolitan shops and ethnic restaurants. Really good conjunction of good price and quality of accomodation. And breakfasts are also quite rich and delicious :-)

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants and a metro station near by. It looks clean and with a friendly staff. Downsides: If u are placed on the top floors be prepared to go up and down lots of stairs everyday which cant be quite bad when u r carrying luggage or after anight out. The rooms look clean in general altought my bathroom sink took ages to drain.

People who stayed there seemed to be more international than some places i.e. not all australian and american. You have to be ok with a stair climb for the bathroom, but other than that it has good facilities. Great location right next to Hyde Park and really close to the Tube where you can access any part of the city easily.

I wouldn't stay again nor recommend, good location for 24 hr bus/tube
