Free internet was a bonus. Maybe not so good if you're a non-smoker... A smell of smoke tended to linger in the room at certain times (maybe from neighbouring rooms). Overall though a very nice place to stay.

They advertised that they were near the air terminal, but in reality, was near the station where you can get a train to the airport. It's convenient to the metro, so getting into the middle of Vienna is not a problem. I would recommend them and would probably stay there again.

The breakfast has better quality during the weekend than in the other days (monday). 2. The check-out limit time (11am) is very early, i would rather prefer to stay one hour more as is the case in most other hotels. Also there is no guarantee for the room's view. I mean that I didn't like having a room with no interesting view outside the window while other rooms have a such view.

Nice walk or subway ride to all the sites and cheaper than anything we could find comparable closer in. The staff aren't very helpful, but the bed is wonderful.

Within 400m of one of the main train stations too. Rooms nice but a bit small, massive bathroom with fabulous spa and shower. Room not airconditioned so gets hot in summer - fan supplied but inadequate when you need to close the windows to shut out rail noise. Breakfast good selection and friendly staff. Overall, excellent value hotel.

However, it is right on the corner and you can hear the train's brakes schrieking throughout the night which makes it hard to sleep. And the room gets very hot, no air con. So you have to toss up between having a really hot room, or opening the windows, but then you can't sleep anyway because the train and traffic is way too noisy. So we would probably go somewhere else next time. There are some positives in that it is close to shops and train station. Breakfast was also good.
