Bedsheets were dirty, the two kettles in kitchen didn't work properly. And when waiting to check in a member of staff, wanting to get by me, pushed me aside with his pen instead of saying excuse me or even speaking to me. Disgraceful

One day I found the door of my room open when returned, fortunately nothing missing, the luggage room is open to everybody anyone has acces to it not very safe, the breakfast was not very nice as you had to wash your own dishes so dishes were pretty stinky to use, staff was friendly. the hostel best advantage is location - for the rest I wouldn't recommend it.

All in all, it's good if you just need a place to sleep and shower for several nights, but don't come with high expectations.

The 24-hr reception is convenient for different travelers with different schedules. Helpful staff and loads of information leaflets in the common area mean your journey with not be done with no ideas on what to do and how to do! On the other hand, the rooms are fairly small and if you are unfortunate to be allocated on the top floor, the 5th floor, like me, you better be prepared to take climb a hundred steps to get to your room!

The room was a bit smelly due to eight people staying in a room with not a lot of ventilation, but opening the window during the day helped. Close to the tube which made it easy to get everywhere. We would recommend it to others. This was our first hostel experience, and it was good.
