We were taking a mini-break on our big move from the States to Italy but it is a nice part of town which made up for having to walk past several other hotels on the way. And if you get there before 14:00 leave your bags at the station there is no baggage storage.

The room also said en-suite, but the toilet/showers were actually shared on a corridoor basis. The sound for our TV didnt work either, even with the €20 remote rental. However, the location of the hotel was quite good being in central amsterdam, and the 24hour availability was pretty good.

Wouldn\'t go there on me honeymoon if you get what i mean but fine for a few lads having a few beers etc.

Our room was ready and she didn't want to let us into our room just because we were there an hour before the official check-in time but another staff member told her to let us in. The room smelled really bad of smoke and the showers and toilets were not the cleanest. It's a great location and is the cheapest we could find but I would recommend paying a bit more to stay somewhere nicer.

The first and the second day, they didn't ask your names and gave us the key straight away... They could give it to everybody! But the location in great! You got coffee shop just besides and in front of the hotel, and 8 minutes walk from the central station! The hotel was renovating.

Don't let the name fool you, it is a bad excuse for a hostel, not a hotel. The owner was rude, would not refund our money when we tried to check out 2 days early to move to another property, and is quoted saying "Our policy is not to be convenient for you." By far the worst experience I have had in hostel/ hotels throughout all of Europe. Please, if you want to go to Amsterdam, DO NOT STAY IN THE QUENTIN ARRIVE!!

Three coffee shops right outside the front door, we had the private room, only downside was no lift, but defo stop here again.

It is also only a very short walk from centraal station and other touristy spots.
