Rooms are very bad and full of dirt (carpet and matresses have not been replaced in decades!). The shower was specially bad; no room for your legs while using the toilet. Access door could not be locked up. Breakfast is the only thing that could be rated as good (varied and abundant). I don´t recomend this place at all.

The bed had clean sheets and the bathroom was clean, which is the most important things. Breakfast remarkably good considering the price. Don't go there if you're allergic to dirt, but if you only need a place to stay and are short on cash it's an option.

Moulder on the walls, bad smell, strange people knocking on your door (two times during one night), you dont want to touch the carpet with your bare feets in danger of getting bitten of a strange bug from the shower...please think twice before you book this "hotel". Its NOT worth a single penny.

In the room the bed sheet had faint yellow stains so I used my sleeping bag and slept on top of the second sheet. There was a funny smell to the place. A good, wide variety for breakfast and the servers were quite nice. The location was decent, only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre.

A good breakfast in the morning, a nice enough English staff and ownership, and a close location to Oxford make it nice. You also can get your own bathroom at a decent rate. Downside, it is a bit loud, but what B&B isn't in Oxford? Recommended.

In a good location to Oxford though, a lovely stroll by some of the old buildings (eg Magdalan), very close to a few decent pubs, and affordable
