The location is very good and you can reach walking the center and the Schonnbrun from there. Very friendly and well disposed staff.

The rooms and showers are kept clean and even if you don't have your own... still really private! really modern and really close to Westbahnhof so location is perfect! Can't fault it..... super stay! :D

There was lots of building work going on when we stayed, and the showers and sinks leaked! but I think this should be much better now as it should be complete. The rooms were small, but clean. The showers felt clean too. no common room- we stayed in seperate building from the main hostel- so check that out if you want to use the kitchen and common room. quite far from town- but we dont mind the walking. 2mins from the train station. Clean, modern hostel.

However the part of the hostel we were staying in was strange, but not uncomfortable. The main \'complex\' seemed pleasant at a glance. Not v impressed with our part though. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Negetives- couldn,t put plastic, glass or cans in fridge (so what can i put in?) and room was very hot and noisy, especially when the guy in the next room laughed and snored.

It was very close to the train station, so public transportation made everything very close by. The hostel was in a different building than the kitchen/internet/common rooms, but not so far that it was a pain. Although there was a lot of noisy construction outside our window (not the hostel\'s fault). We didn\'t really meet any other guests, but would definitely stay there again.

However the showers had no hot water, and there were 3, they also filled up so 2 minutes in you are ankle deep in water!! They do have a laundry service and interent which is good but not worth then money we paid for our twin room as the walls were paper thin!!

When we asked about this matter the staff said "it is not out fault. You should ask Hodtels-web"!!!!! Our room was awfully damp with really bad smell!

My only complaint is that somebody (apparently not staff) threw out our food from the fridge and people didn't really clean up after themselves - if the dishwasher was full they left everything lying around. Aside from this, it was good.

The common areas are just amazing- flat screen tv's for example. Much better than staying in a hotel because there you get to meet new ppl. Great location too, next to Westbanhof station and its not expensive at all! Thanx to the staff for the hospitality!

Our room, the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms were newly decorated and very nice. The staff were really helpful, there's free internet access and being near the Westbanhof makes the location great. I'd thoroughly recommend it!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating - 2nd August 2008 Male 25-30 3/5 Comments: There is the hostel and the hotel with dorm rooms, we stayed in the dorm room within the hotel, and loved it. The location was right next to the station and metro and there was pleanty of places to get food and shop near the hostel. It was the cleanest hostel we have visited and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a bit quiet, mostly because it wasn´t a traditional hostel. The only complaint was security. The give you a key card, but we were on the first floor with a big open window, no lockers, and the courtyard opens onto the street without having to go through reception. We had strangers in and out of the room, sleeping on the floor, and a homeless man walk in the kitchen. Overall it was a good experience.
