Clean, if small, double room; showers; located in an apt building, obviously. You will need to take public transport, but Vienna is big, anyway. Staff were very eager to help, but not meddling; I recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet and I felt safe leaving my things there. I would have improved on the mattress and the lighting in the hallway outside the hostel. (Tip: The second you push the buzzer the door is unlocked). All in all was a lovely place to stay! Great having a mini-appartment to yourselves.

They said they would still be at their other hostel when I arrived, but instead I found a note telling me to pick up my keys from yet another location (a bar). Close from the city center, good public transportation connection, but too close from the "red quarter" (prostitutes and "strange" bars).

One bunk of our tiny triple room was the floor with thin matress. Loved the "win-win" rules sign, eg. if you lose your key, 50 euros; no outgoing phone calls, etc. seems the management wins twice. Also liked the sign "Austrian law commands ABSOLUTE SILENCE after 9pm".

Showers were small and dirty. Shared toilet was clean but sink was small. Could not rent towels. Price was high, but so is everything else in Vienna. There are better hostels for the price, but we booked late so the options were limited.

We couldn't sleep there because of how uncomfortable the beds were...and I've been to other hostels and this was the worst. She was going to charge us for 4 days even though we only ended up staying for about 10hours. I would NOT recommend this place.
