The main entrance was locked and no staff was present to help us out. After ringing desperately on the phone and slamming doors we finally succeeded in waking up a sleeping gentleman from the basement of the building that had a key. What about if a fire broke out; there was no escape exits. This experience scared us and please notify the hotel to fix this problem immediately or drop hotel as a business partner.

Staff's knowledge of English language was ok, if you know Italian you are better off, though our knowledge of Russian helped us too. Clean and light place, though it was rather noisy, especially in the mornings. It is not too far from the central station, metro and city center. We normally took the metro and walked the last metres. They have a small yard which is great for breakfast.

The double was simply 2 noisy cots put together. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was pretty good.
