The staff was very kind and helpfull. 5-10 min by tram and youre at the dam square. And within 2 mins. walk, you find coffeshops, bars, restaurants and an all night grocery store. The room was clean. Only Minus: No noise after 9:00pm(althoug we drank beers and listened to moderate music most of the night without complaints). And smoking is only allowed in the balcony. We will be back for sure

The hotel is not too far from central Amsterdam and you get a good feel for the local surroundings. When I stayed there (March '08) they had a bar close by and can't forget about the coffee shop right around the corner. I would recommend this place and wold stay there again.

Value for money neither myself nor anybody from my group can complain about what we got. We had a minor issue with no hot water (our own fault) and Benjamin was on hand straight away to fix it for us. I would have no problem staying here again....

I would definitely do it again next time I'm back in Amsterdam. Location; 15minute tram away from Dam Square but one of the nicest park is on the door step and its good to get away from the busy city centre. Has a couple of nice restaurants, super market, post office and coffee shops within walking distance.

The apartment is not located in the city centre, but it is near the Artis Zoo and Tropenmusemum. And we can get to the other musemums, such as Van Gogh musemum, easily on foot or take tram. The tram stations is only 1 minute walk from the apartment.
