The location is great, only 10 minutes away from the ring. The staff was helpful, we get good directions to the places. Breakfast was lovely. Our luggage were also well secured when we needed to see a few more things before continuing our journey. Recommend this place to anyone.

Really could not ask for a better location. As far as charm, character, or cleanliness, it was what was to be expected for a budget hotel.

The staff were helpful and our room had the perfect view over the Christmas market (room 128). The location was excellent with easy U-Bahn connections and close to the Opera, many museums and the ring. I would stay here again.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Italy 26th September 2007 Female - 2/5 Comments: The rooms are not very clean, and it all seems to need a good cleaning.... the location is ok the hotels is distributed in 2 floors, but in the middle there's another pension and other offices! so everytime I needed to go in my room I had to ring a bell to have them open a door wich lead to this set of rooms.... the room I stayed in was at the top floor and had a tiny window overlooking a roof! I would n;t stay there again and would not recomemd it, its expensive for what it is
