The breakfast was terrible. On my last night there someone tried to enter my room around 2am. I'm not sure if they were mistaken about their room number or if they had malicious intent for me.

Beds were comfortable however a 'double bed' was actually 2 singles pushed together. Our experience was marred by unfriendly, uninterested and often rude staff. The smoke filled rooms and corridors were very off putting. Breakfast was poor with an uncomfortable and unfriendly atmosphere. I would not reccommend this hotel.

The room was a little smaller than what I was expecting. I felt it was a little over priced, but would stay there again. The breakfast wasn't anything to be excited about.

The staff were less than friendly and make sure you have help if you have heavy luggage. Three flights of stairs and no life make this a challenge.

They only things they do is just making up your bed. Even they won't leave toilet paper if it is empty. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also location is not that near to the center of Vienna.

We asked for suggestions of what to do in vienna and she basically told us that theres nothing to do in the city. now this is actually surprising for me because it turned out to be my favorite city in europe. someone who works in a hotel shouldn't present such a negative image of the city in which she lives in! i was hoping that in the morning someone else would be working at the front desk, and sure enough i was in luck. (or so i thought) the man was beyond rude and was very unhelpful. I had a lot of questions on the city because I wanted to see as much as I could, but to every question that I asked he responded with a mocking question of his on. When i asked what there is to do in vienna he said, well it's a big city you shouldve researched it more. Yes, I guess it would've been better if I planned my trip out a little more, but he was absolutely rude, unfriendly, and totally put me in a bad mood! the hostel was clean and was actually in a good location, but the staff totally turned me off. If you want an ok place to stay (definitely NOT worth the money though except for it's location and the fact that it's clean.. but with bare white walls) it's ok to stay here, but make sure you research it yourself because NO ONE there will help you at all.

Hot water ran out after 2 showers, not good for a party of 4. Hotel smelt very smoky, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was very basic, and rolls not fresh. Good walking distance to centre.
