Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Sweden 16th November 2008 Mixed Group - 3/5 Comments: We got a room ground floor, next to the "kitchen/breakfast preparing" and it was noisy and the staff was talking quit loud in the early mornings - from 6.30/7... Not so nice for guests on vaccation. Except for that we can recommend the hostel, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They do not give the slightest if you had already booked or not! Some of the people working there are rude. One of the rooms where we were in the bathroom had exposed pipes, had a stench of sewage.

I did have some problems with the water pressure, but otherwise I have no complaints. It is very close to a metro station, too.

Los techos parecia que iban a caerse de la humedad. El baño lleno de hongos! las sábanas estaban manchadas con sangre. Tuvimos un problema con la cañeria y solo pusieron un vaso para contener el agua (lo que no era suficiente) y nos contesaron que no lo arreglarian hasta dos dias despues! No lo recomiendo.

Flexible. Positive. Super location near metro, good eateries, pharmacy, and supermarket. Great bargain.

Second: Do not remember when we met with such bad service at the reception desk. Thirdly: The hotel was very dirty. Fourth: In the room was number 25 feel awful stench from the pipes in the bathroom. Bathroom was without windows. In addition, it was not possible to change the room. I do not recommend, the worst hotel in what ever we were.

At First, they offered a very small room at top floor & toilet at lobby without bath. The hotel manager with very bad attitude, he unwilling refund the deposit that we haven't stay at their hotel. At the end we haven't stay at this hotel & no refund of deposit. I NOT recommend this hotel to you.

They have a bad habit of doing this. The Bertha's reception looks good but the rooms are not, and there was no heating and not enough blankets. Do not accept the Bertha! Suggest contacting Darcet 2 weeks before arrival to ensure your booking or find somewhere else.

The unbelievably rude manager made us sleep in what can only be described as a rats nest. They had overbooked us and instead of being apologetic or finding alternative accomodation, he threatened to leave us on the street! This ruined my birthday and the sheer ignorance of the man was astounding. Many other people were also complaining about the managers disgusting attitude; such a horrible, aggressive and rude person. We read the good reviews and ignored the bad don't do that!!

But we found it inconvenient that we had to move into another room after 2 days without being told in advance. Also the attitude of one of the receptionists, they told us he was the manager, bothered us, he acted unprofessional: talking rude and not answering our questions. All in all, we would never go back!
