A tiny little place which makes it cozy and charming...definitely stay here if you are on a budget in florence!

The common area overlooked the cathedral and we were one street from the central markets. Staff were amazing and very flexible with the checkin appointments considering there was a transport strike on. Only improvement could have been breakfast but it was a very small hostel and therefore probably no space for breakfast. Will recommend again.

The fridge and free use of the Internet was a bonus. The street is very busy but you can barely hear the traffic noise. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay near the train station.

This place was filthy, with lots of flies outside and inside the bathroom so we couldn't open any of the windows. Also there was never any staff around and the woman we did see at the start was unhelpful. Worst hostel I have ever stayed at and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially because it wasn't cheap. We were lucky that Florence is such a beautiful place.

Closet, desk, vanity, nightstands and a sink in room. It was so clean and well decorated and the location of the hostel itself couldn't have been better. And the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I will for sure be staying there again when I return to Florence.

Apart from that (and I never actually felt at any time that I was in danger of being stolen from), it's a cute little set of rooms set very centrally (and incredibly convenient to Stazione Santa Maria Novella).
