Don\'t be put off by the fact that it is not right on Las Ramblas becuase it is a lovely walk to the Ramblas from here and it is in a safe and clean neighbourhood. Well recommended.

That was all! The bath room is outside of the room so it was inconvenient and toilette and bath tube has strains a lot! and smelled moth. Bedroom heating system was odd. I just woke up several times at night because of the cold wind from heater. The quilt was so dirty and had a several strains. Don;t expect anything besides location. Location was perfect but they don;t care about customers at all. They don't prepare anything properly.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 16th October 2007 Female 31-40 2/5 Comments: there were roaches in the bathroom. the cleaning person came the following morning and was extremely loud. the cleaning products she used were too strong in scent.she was on her cellphone in the hallway for a very long time yelling to whomever she was speaking with. i also left some packages in the room that were not returned to me. i was told that they were not there, and i know for a fact i left them in the room. i will never deal with untrustworthy people like that again.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating New Zealand 6th September 2007 Mixed Group 41+ 4/5 Comments: apartment was perfect for us.Clean,great location, character and excellent layout.The place was ideal..If I was to make a positive recommendation it would be that since we were staying for 3 nights ..it would have been nice to have more coffeee and tea sachets as we only had two tea and two coffee sachets.The fold out bed was good but maybe you could add an extra layer of foam as the mattress was quite hard and I was sleeping on it myself and did not sleep well.also the pillows were a bit small.The shower head needs adjusting and tightening so that you can shower with youir hands free.Other than those minor things we were very pleased with the accomodation and would recommend it to people.Many thanks marty

Only fault was it got a bit nosy from the neighbours at night but earplugs soon sorted that! Close to Las Ramblas, public transport and the main attractions.

It really is in a perfect location with a internet cafe and a dinner right next store and down the block is a major train stop. I would stay there again

Two was great with two/three others for meals together. Great value. The partitions between the apartments are not well sound proofed and the beds short for anyone over 5' 5" but a safe and secure place to stay!!

For the females who wants to travel alone, this is a good choice where the location is around the busiest street(shopping area)and quite safe. However, as it mentioned in the details, the room is not high and you might hit the head when you take a shower if you're over 165cm. It's quiet outside the Apt. But,a bit noisy inside as you can hear your neighbors. BTW, your room will not be cleaned up if you stay less than 1 week.
