Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Germany 14th May 2008 Female 31-40 4/5 Comments: good place to walk to all the important places in Budapest!!! good breakfast, with cereals, fruit, müsli, jogurt, scrambled or boiled egg, french toast, letscho, bacon, jam, honey, all you need to start the "long walking day". unfortunately you can't open the windows so the air is a little dry... sometimes parties at weekends in the restaurant, but if you have a room far at the other end you won't hear a thing. Recommended!!!!

If you\'re looking to meet people then this isn\'t the place for you, but if you\'re looking for a nice place to stay then you should book, but it is a little our of the way...but it\'s on The Danube...how can you compete with that??

Its about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the centre but you can just follow the river all the way. I would have scored it much higher but the staff are pretty unfriendly and dour.

The heart of Budapest is basically a walk away but there are two metro lines and a tram pretty near if one doesn't feel like walking all the way. The breakfast was included even though it was not mentioned when I made the reservation. The staff was nice and spoke english. There is also a really nice restaurant in the hotel (with price level one of the cheapest ones we ate in) Only negative remark is that the room windows could not be opened. It would have been nice to get fresh air to the room sometimes. But the room was air conditioned anyway so that is not a big problem.

Enjoying the good food and good view of Danube River,,, COOL
