Otherwise, the room was very clean and nice. We had a great view and the hotel is in a great location right next to Plaza Mayor.

SMALL room, however there was a flatscreen TV and a surprisingly large modern bathroom with included linen. GREAT location, right off the Plaza Mayor and on a street near shopping and restaurants. We absolutely loved Salamanca out of all the cities we visited, and staying at this place helped add to our enjoyment- despite a small additional expense. Good for a couple- this is a hotel and it is hard to meet people.

The rooms are a good size and it was very handy having free internet in the room. There was no hot water one night but it was resolved by the morning. The door for the bath room was partly see-through making it awkward to use, the room also stank of smoke when we arrived. The room was very small and had no view, not worth three stars but reasonbaly priced.

The rooms are well decorated andclean. We enjoyed our stay very much. One little downside was that there was a little piece of metal wire stuck between the matras and the sheets, which scratched my arm and hand during the night. This was not a pleasant awakening. I mentioned this when checking out, and the blame was put immediately at the washing company. It was not a very big deal, but I would have appreciated it more if the hotel had apologised, taken the complaint without excuses and possibly even compensated for the inconvenience.
