| Comments: Great location. Very kind staff - looked after us when we got in at 5am (night train). Very modern rooms. Would be perfect if breakfast was included (8 euro extra). |

| Comments: We booked this place because of the parking facilities available, and then when you said that we couldn't park there, we had to pay an extra €24 for parking for the night and when I made the staff there aware of our situation they were very rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and would not stay there again when I am in Valencia!! |

| Comments: The rooms were really modern and clean and it was great to have air con in the room although it would´ve been better if breakfast was included. The location was great to access the old city but slightly far if you wanted to go to the beach. The metro runs regularly to the beach in the day but it stops about 22:40 so you have to get a taxi back if you go out on the beachfront at night. Overall though great standard of room for the price. |

| Comments: Hotel is fine, we booked family room and that was perfect size for our family of three. Quite clean. Unfortunately no bar in the hotel so you do need to go out at night (with small kid not always a good option). Breakfast is excellent, although quite expensive. Approx. 10 minute walk to city centre. |

| Comments: not worth the money. my friend injured herself and couldnt get any ice from the staff....... also when we requested another bath towel we were told they were on the fifth floor so it would be brought by later and never was. not great customer service in a higher ranked and higher priced hotel. also from the description and pictures on the trav website i was expecting to have a computer to use in our room. when i asked why there wasn't one i was told that they didnt have rooms with computers only the one in the lobby. not sure why they show a photo of a room set up with a computer next to to tv if they don't provide that...... overall unimpressive and overpriced. but the shower was awesome! |

| Comments: The staff spoke very little English.
The call rate is outrages and they do not advertise the rate within the rooms. On requesting this information, the staff were unable to provide teh details.
Location is very poor, with little around. |

| Comments: I was there for Fallas and particularly liked having the great internet service and the security safe in my own room. It made loading up my photos of the festival a breeze. |

| Comments: Excellent, stylish hotel, good sized room but the shower, although it looked powerful, was a bit of a let down - and whoever heard of glass doors on a bathroom? Admittedly there were frosted sections but you could be seen doing what nature has you do, which isn't always fun and isn't always what you want an associate to see you doing |

| Comments: Free internet access with a computer in hotel lobby is really excellent. The room was constantly uncomfortable due to the temperature being set too high in winter. |

| Comments: The door to the bathroom is partially see-through, so bring around 4 pieces of A4 paper if you wish to cover the transparent part of the glass door.
The shower was very interesting and fun, with plenty of hot water for everyone. The rooms are quite cosy and comfortable, but the air above the second bunk was constantly tainted with the smell of cigarette smoke no matter how long we aired the room for.
Breakfast there was quite enjoyable! Though the selection wasn´t that great, there was definitely enough, and the food tasted good. |

| Comments: This place was the best. The staff here were so accomodating and went out of their way to help us at anytime, even the early hours of the morning.
I would stay here again for sure.
The rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is close to the main train station and a short walk from the main town area.
For the price you pay for this hotel, the walk is worth it. If you don't want to walk you can catch a cab and it won't cost much at all.
The area doesn't look the best at first glance however we (4 girls travelling alone) found that Valencia was very safe during the day/night. |

| Comments: Nice hotel. Room was very small but clean and well equiped. Not in a very nice neighbourhood. Not recommended for people (esp. girls) to walk back there alone at night. |

| Comments: To Times of Fallas in Valencia it is a great Place. We think its better than direct in the Middle of the City, because its near the greatest Fallas Discrict. To the Central Rail Station and the Arena del Torres it is only 5 Minutes to walk. If you take the Romm for 4 Persons, you havent enough place for your Clothes. The Door to the Bathroom was made from glas. This is a little bit crazy if anyone is sitting on the Toilet. The Breakfast was good and the Staff young and friendly. It is a nice Hotel, we will come back. |
