Staff on the eve of 8Aug08 after 8pm gave misleading info on directions to the festival park resulting in us wandering the streets aimlessly and did not get to desired destination. Next morning it was mentioned to him and he just laughed it off. Very unprofessional. If staff do not know the answer, at least they should have info to direct travellers to ask the right people.

I couldn't wait to move.

The hostel also has a nıce common area wıth tv and lots of board games whıch ıs good. The free breakfast buffet- hot and cold- wasnt too bad eıther. As ıts one of the only hostels ın brıstol though ıts pretty damn expensıve. Only complaınt was the shower wıth the pressure power of an A grade tsunamı. Very nıce rooms also.
