| Comments: The breakfast is very good, the lady at the front is nice, the room's decor leaves a lot to be desired and also the rubbish bin had not been emptied - just a bit below par on that one. |

| Comments: No one was there to let us in when we arrived. Also no lift making carrying baggage difficult up a steep staircase, although a staff member did help with one journey. |

| Comments: The travel description was faulty. The tramline 4 does not go to this place. After going to the end of the tramline I had to return. Later I took the Metro. |

| Comments: Good hotel.
Very like the staff and breakfast, the only negative in the room was very cold. Convenient location near the historic part of town. |

| Comments: We told them when we were supposed to arrive and our train got in late. They were a little too rude to us about being \'extremely\' late when we were only 15 minutes late. We couldn\'t find anyone in the morning to check us out. Other than that, decent hotel and nice rooms. |

| Comments: Everything you could hope for in a hotel in this price bracket. Basic, small and a little old-fashioned, but very handy to town, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. |

| Comments: Rooms were better than most hostels, but perhaps a little more pricy. We didn't know how to use the Metro card system and it's quite some way from the train station!!! |

| Comments: Friendly staff willing to point you in the right direction, really close to Delshaven which is a really old pretty part of Rotterdam(dont discover late like i did)
Room was perfect for me, no frills, sink, a table,a cute view of the river, bed for crashing after an exausting day in the city, checking out the achitechture, and a telly to keep up with events at Wimbledon! |

| Comments: Lovely hotel to to stay at. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. Very nice room - had a great quiet (& warm) nights sleep.
Getting there was a bit rough after a day in Amsterdam - would defiantly recommend taking the train over the tram; you have to change trains but its worth it at the end of the day - the less walking through the streets with luggage the better. Its seems much closer. Can't remember the station name, but ring the hotel and I'm sure they'll be happy to give directions. |
