Staff were mostly helpful, but separated themselves from the group (mainly due to reception being on the ground floor and the common area on the third). The pub crawl was a bit of a rort, but it was fun in the end.

A great location, amazing kitchen, comfy beds and all the staff were so helpful and kind. I've stayed in loads of hostels and this is right up there!

Staff at the reception not nice, but guy in the kitchen was great. Luckily people in the kitchen were friendly and we had great time with a poor bottle of wine.

It was located in the Historic Area of Valencia, which pretty much made everything in walking distance. The free walking tour was good, and the tapas one ökay, I´ve had better and no watered down drinks. Hostel was very clean, and met a great bunk mate, but it´s always touch and go. The instructions to the hostel were very good until Plaza de Tossal. You have to look for Cafe Bolesteria to your right. (Some Cafe named something like that, and then Showroom). The hostel is right across the giant kitty litter sandbox. Can´t miss it. Next time I might try a different Home Hostel there. It needed a better common room to meet solo travellers.

They helped me make the report to the Police and they loaned money so I could access the internet and buy some food. Without their support I would not have been able to arrange to leave Spain.

They had tons of computers and breakfast was all you can eat, they also had a kitchen with everything but an oven. Super-nice place to stay, definitely recommend it.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Mexico 25th October 2008 Couple 25-30 4/5 Comments: downtown is small, so is not very far from night clubs, and historic things...but is really far from train station..and as in daowntown there`s no metro or bus..you will have to walk with luggage, unless you take a taxi or have your own car..??? kitchen is good and it has 2 ovens and a lot of freezers, so you always will can cook.the bathrooms are not very well, theyre mixed, everybody can see your feet...but at least you can dress up inside your own cabin.

Good place to stay, don´t use the blankets though, think they may have bed bugs. Only used the blanket for one night and wound up getting bitten. I dislike those s···ty old woollen blankets anyway.
