La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia aunque las sábanas de la cama, aunque algo agujereadas, estaban limpias. Uno de los peores hostales a los que he ido. Lo mejor la situación, el resto pobre, muy pobre.

The only unpleasant thing was that the room I stayed was in front of the hotel's restaurant, and from 23:30 a big group of bad-educated teenager started having late dinner and was uproarious there like a rowdy monky herd. Some were playing a nasty trick and tried to open the door of my room shouting something...Except that, everything is excellent!

It is also near the Gran Via metro which can connect you anywhere. The staff are friendly though they speak little english. Please, make the rooms more sound-proof because you could hear the room next door neighbours *wery well* in the night!! The smell inside was a bit stuffy too! The sheets and all were clean and nice, and also the toilet. The curtains and bedcovers would need to be changed soon, though cause they looked old and sad and had tobacco burns in them! The staff was ok, and always there!

Quoiqu'il en soit, l'avis général est plutot mitigé. Bien que l'acceuil soit très gentil, la qualité des chambres laissait vraiment a désiré, chambre en mauvais état avec salle de bain plus que limite( mais eau chaude illimitée). Les lits dont je soupçonnais la présence de puce sous les draps était confortable mais les insectes cités dérangeaient vraiment. seule la situation géographique est pas mal juste à coté du métro "Gran Via" dans le centre de Madrid. Donc a conseillé pour ceux qui ne cherche pas trop le confort. Prix 35€ avec douche et deux personnes

Other people staying were very noisy (until about 3am) but everything else about the hostel was what we needed for the price in Madrid. The staff were also helpful to us and very pleasant.

Was a quick walk to the main malls as well as the tube stops. Staff were very nice and our double room was great for a hostel double room - even had a tv and balcony but no toilet. The basin and shower were handy to have in the room however the shower was tiny and the water didn't have much pressure. But still a good hostel overall - highly recommended!

The room was clean and it had a shower in it which worked well. Our room was at the front of the building with two windows facing the road. It was extremely noisy at night both from the road and the other people in the hostel. I think we got 1 hours sleep and left the next day. Doors were slaming all night and our door rattled everytime someone walked past, plus you could hear the people in the rooms either side. The room did have air con which was good because it was hot. I think the rooms round the back would have been quieter. The doors didn't look very secure, so we took any valuables out with us.
