Comments: Ariva pension was excellent in every respect - the staff are friendly & always available; they let us keep the room for the whole of our last day (unpaid) so we could simply store our bags; the location is just two tram stops (no.9) from the centre of Prague & Zizskov is a lively & interesting area with great cafes, bar. clubs & sights; the rooms are huge & warm, especially in winter. A great place to stay - unreservedly recommended

Comments: Just like to say that we had an excellent time in Prague, much thanks to a really nice appartment and welcoming staf to come home to. Its the best guesthouse we have visited so far. You can come and go as you like, its clean, warm and has good axcess to transport or walkingsdistanse to centrum. Only thing we found missing was a safetykeeping box, so that says a lot. We like to thank you for a greate time. Its was a lovely place for us.

Comments: If it wasn't for the fact that we had to be waken up in the middle of the nite to be walked over to use an ATM to pay off the bill in full, it would have been just fine. Their management needs to be a bit more accomodating when customers had the day we did with missed trains and late arrivals to a city that has no place to exchange money nor place to buy a phone card in the middle of the nite so we can contact the attendant. Having to contact the attendant in order to plan a late arrival was a bit of an inconvenience and that should be changed.
