Very clean, safe and reasonably priced and in WONDERFUL location - would definitely recommend.

It was very important for us the very good central location and kindness of owners. Irish people is wonderful and Ireland too, but I knew this and I'm fond of whole Ireland. Main complaints were on security; my room door caught on the carpet, so it didn't close fully without an extra push. The main door leading up to the rooms was left open at least once during my stay, and I wasn't asked for ID at all, including when I arrived for my room. But overall it was a nice place and I'd consider staying again.

There is no breakfast served but that was not a problem as the area is well served with cafes and shops. The staff were friendly and Irish music in the bar downstairs at night was a treat. Dublin is an expensive city but O'Donoghue's is fairly prised for the area it is in.

No real concierge - we walked in in the middle of happy hour and had to find someone who knew where our room was. Nice room with TV and tea (a plus!) Very clean, great location, would recommend if you are an independent group of travelers and don't need a lot of hand holding.
