Zimmer war winzig, hatte kleinen Innenhof, sauber, leise!!! kein Straßenlärm! Rezeption immer besetzt, auch Nachts. Wenn wir nach Florenz kommen, werden wir wieder das nette kleine Hotel buchen. Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss erst nach Nachfrage gefunden, Frühstück - italienisch halt, eingeschweisste Hörnchen, Toast, Kaffee. Aber okay.

Long way from the entrance to our room. With luggage steep stairs and long, narrow walks within the house. The location was excellent, the rooms air conditioned (noisy) with TV set. The toilet was small.

Having a sink in the room was nice, but the rooms were a bit stuffy at night. The showers are incredibly tiny. Breakfast is satisfactory.

Staff friendly and helpful (however one being over-friendly perhaps? but it made us laugh in the end, language boundaries made it confusing!) Mos able to speak a reasonable amount of english. Room was smaller than i expected and the bed slightly uncomfortable and seemed smaller than a double! Shared bathroon was very nice, and basin in room was useful, the electric fan was pretty awesome and room tidied everyday. Location seemed a bit shady with

Perfect for those who prefer security and peace.. not for those who want meet people :) Clean place, friendly staff and cool position.. in summer, they have air conditioner! Just one thing: in our room we had one power plug! :)

Our room was quiet, spacious, air conditioned and had a phone and TV. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here! This hotel is only a few blocks from the train station and located in a multicultural neighborhood that offers up some yummy and affordable food.

Limited English but very friendly, helpful staff, nicely furnished room with A/C and daily room service, nice price. Can walk to anywhere in old Florence from here, except perhaps Piazza Michealangelo.

The shared bathroom was cleaner than expected too. A slight problem would be the mosquitoes though.

TV was not working. The person at the reception was quiet arrogant. The hotel shows breakfast included in facilities, bt we are actually required to pay for it.

Often only 1 person at the reception, our passports were left right in the open when we were shown our room and that was not very encouraging. The room and bathroom were pretty ok too.

All noise from all rooms and hallways can be heard from your room. We stayed for 3 nights & barely slept due to the noise within the hotel (both guests and TV blaring all night in reception).The shared bathroom downstairs had no divide between the shower, toilet, biddet, sink so when you showered water went throughout the whole bathroom. AS there was no floor waste the bathroom stayed soaked all night.
