For instance we turned up and there was no record of our booking on their system. I had a print out of our booking so saved me some explaining but surely my name should have appeared automatically on their system. Same happened to another couple who booked with trav while I was waiting in reception one evening. Also free internet was great. Thanks hostel world

Its a hotel not a hostel so if you want a place to stay that is full of drinking and partying then this isn't the place but if you want somewhere to relax, with fantastic service, EXTREMELY comfortable beds and a great full breakfast then this is the place for you. The staff and all very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place. It was so good to get a proper full nights sleep.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Australia 27th September 2008 Couple 18-24 3/5 Comments: this is a hotel, not a hostel. so there's no hostel atmosphere or facilities like a kitchen or common area. but it's very cheap, very clean and a very nice place to stay. the room are a little on the small side but very comfortable. i'd recommend it to anyone staying in frankfurt and would stay there again if i return. the complimentary breakfast is great. and the 24 hour check in is very handy.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Spain 14th September 2008 Female 25-30 4/5 Comments: this is not a hostel but a hotel for the price of a hotel. i loved it, very well located, very clean, lovely breakfast and free internet. as it's not a hostel it's not a place to meet people but hostels can be noisy and not too clean sometimes, plus after a week staying at different places i enjoyed having some privacy. i loved the place, i'd go back again. definitely the best ive ever got for that little price.

The room was immaculately clean with crisp sheets and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. Next door is a kebab shop open late - very convenient for arriving late at night!
