We weren't able to reach staff on the phone at first but with-in a couple hours of arriving in Barcelona, we were able to check-in. The apt was kept very clean! One tip - you can see into the bathroom showers from the kitchen even with the window closed, as we accidentally discovered, the frosted glass on the inside doesn't mean you can't see in from outside!

Bathrooms were clean, and there was no queues at all! Only recomendation I would have is take a pair of ear plugs as the road is noisy below you, but with a pair of ear plugs this place is a lovely place to stay!

All in all it was great value for money. The only negative was that noise carries very easily across the apartment and through the block more than you might think.

We were great welcomed by a nice lady who gave us information about Barcelona City and meet nice other people from all over the world. I´ll come back for sure!!

It\'s pretty close to everything and metro stations are close by. The bed was very comfortable even for people with bad backs and it was huge. Downstairs are a few great places to have a cafe con letche and a bocadillo for breakfast or have reasonably priced tapas for dinner and sit outside. There is no parking around here unless you want to pay 30 Euro a day but we just parked the car in an area far away from the city center and took the metro back into the city.

Only drawback was it was a good 15 min walk from where all the tourist action is in barcelona. But we liked it that way, as a lot of what we came for was also around where the apartment is. If i came to barcelona again, i would stay here. Only let down was a dumb 25 Euro charge if you checked in beyond 9pm.

It is really close to everything without being exactly in the middle of all the noise. The beds were comfy. Everything in the kitchen was new and clean and we cooked several times and our food never disappeared. Bathrooms were also clean and nice. The metro stops were so close and the neighborhood was very safe. It was nice to have our own room to lock our stuff in during the day too! I highly recommend these apartments. The staff was friendly and understanding, and willing to wait for us when we were having a hard time arriving exactly on time.

It was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spaceous, and it was an all around amazing experience, especially for the price! I know people in previous reviews complained about the outside noise level, but honestly, you're on a busy street, you're going to hear some traffic, but I wouldn't say that it disrupts your sleep or anything THAT bad. I have absolutely no complaints - there was hot water for all 5 nights I stayed..the beds were comfortable (they provide sheets, comforter, towels) and the little cafe downstairs makes delicious bocadillos and cafe con leche. ;)

The apartment is clean concerning Beds, kitchen, shower etc. But the floor was dirty. I highly recommend to carry some indoor footwear. Not a party place, just to have a cozy sleep at the end of the day. The kitchen is totally furnished and very clean in case you would like to prepare some fast food. My room had poor ventilation, so was a bit suffocating in the night. All said and done, I would surely not say NO to stay in this place if I were to return to Barcelona again.

(as there only seems to be one facility - the bus station - which took us 2 hours to find out)
