B&B is centrally located near Termini Station and your able to walk the different sights. Weather was also still great. If we ever go to Rome again, we'll for sure stay at Giovy again.

The breakfast was almost sturdy by Italian standards... The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect in hotels that cost twice what this B&B charges you. The only negative thing was a barely noticable damp smell in the bathroom.

She gave us useful information on where to visit and eat. Our room was excellent, very clean and in great condition. The breakfast was also great. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Rome.

She is an wonderful hostess; she treated us like family and was incredibly welcoming. She personally serves breakfast every day. Her B&B is located very close to Roma Termini (3 minutes on foot), and is off a beautiful courtyard that allows you to escape the business of Rome. The room was great, with a nice private bathroom. Giovanna is a knowledgeable guide to Rome and offers great advice. We were sad to leave Giovanna behind, but will certainly be back.

The room was spacious, toilet was clean and had enough warm water, bed cover, towels were perfect... And Giovanna was the best !! She made us feel at home, comfortable and safe immediately. We left luggage with her and there was no problem at all !! Ok, conclusion... Good part: I will definitely stay there again if I come to Rome and recommend my friends to stay there. Bad part: hm...NOTHING!!!

The location is great for walking to most of the city, and right next to the train station, metro and bus lines, so you can get absolutely anywhere fast. The owner is simply wonderful and made us feel instantly at home and generally brightened our stay. We cannot recommend the B&B Giovy highly enough!

The rooms are renovated and clean with all the amenities. The highlight of the experience is Giovanna, the owner. Her accomodations were eloquent, clean and well kept. The B&B is a 5 min walk from the train station and right in the middle of downtown Rome. She made Rome an easy city to navigate with her knowledge of what visitors want to see and her on hand maps and directions. She has her cell phone on her 24/7 and is willing to help guests at any moment of the day. I WILL stay here again if I get back to Rome.

The location of the Guesthouse is perfect, you can reach all famous sights by feed. We felt very comfortable at Giovys, the rooms are nice and Giovanna, the host is even nicer.

The B&B is very safe and clean and offers a nice breakfast. The shower is great, the bed comfortable, and the place is very quiet, so you can sleep well after walking all day long in Rome.

Giovanna is the warmest, kindest person, and she made our stay in Rome amazing. Great breakfast, super secure and safe, very clean, air conditioned which was fabulous, great location close to train station... I could go on and on. I definitely recommend staying here!
