| Comments: Good location, lots of eateries nearby. Bus to city ctr right in front of hostel. Rooms excellent- heater/air cond, complimentary tea and instant coffee, TV and DVD player, and swim pool. Shuttle bus direct to airport from hotel for $12 one way. Overall- great place to daty, but staff friendliness could be improved though. |

| Comments: The heated pool is not heated (unusable at this time of year). However, the Glebe area is quite a nice place to stay, about 25 mins walk from Darling Harbour |

| Comments: Everything was perfect. The Haven Inn is very nice place with perfect atmosphere, good location and price. I just didn“t recive back 10% booking fee which I paid before staying. I had to pay the whole price (not the price without 10%).Is it correct? |

| Comments: Hostel o.k. and at a good location. Rooms are not new anymore. Need refereshment. Wireless Lan in rooms good. Breakfast very poor. Hostel is under construction. So atmosphere is reduced. Parking fee of 15 AUD per night is not a nice offer. |

| Comments: There is no ventilation in the bathroom in Room 100 and so the room smells very badly. It was impossible to sleep in Room 100 - there was so much noise from outside.
Also, we got woken up early on Saturday morning to sounds of renovation. We were on a short holiday and all of this was unacceptable. |

| Comments: this hotel is about half hour away from the city/Darling Harbour/circular Quay, but the bus stop is just across the road and the buses are very regular. The staff are helpful, anything you want to know, want booking, or help with just ask. There is no lift but the taff will arrange to have your bags taken to your room. the pool is over shadowed by the building, so a little cool to start but not bad. There is a good variety of food stores, both restruants and small grocery stores along Glebe Point Road.
A very pleasant stay. |

| Comments: Arrived at given time and date to find no room available. They did however find us another one, and took us there, but by then it was midnight. They also collected us the next day for the remaining 2 nights. Easy to get around from there. Nice pool. |

| Comments: We have travelled all around Australia and The Haven was the best all round property we stayed at, great staff , new rooms , large pool, fabulous location . Especially liked the in room dvd and brilliant choice of free movies from reception and the safe in the room was a great feature not common in most other hotels we stayed at .Well done - Haven Inn and thanks to all the great staff especially Tracey and Chanel on reception who made our stay so enjoyable. |

| Comments: This hotel was incredible value for the price. Sparkling clean and just refurbished, new flat tvs, dvds, cd player , plush carpet, great views and all located in a fascinating part of the city with so many great cafes and so close to everything.Enjoyed the heated pool especially as it was 25 degrees in the water and in the air on a beautiful sunny Sydney winters weekend. Also the staff were really helpful with directions etc.I will be back! |
