Comments: Easy to find as it is situated next to the train station. The staff were friendly the the breakfast was excellent. However the room was quiet basic but you get what you pay for.

Comments: I have put very poor for all of the ratings. I booked through trav.com to find that when I arrived I had been double booked. They told me "we have found you a room in another hotel at the same price. I was led to this other hotel which was "3 star" It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed, and this includes hostels. Cristallo left me in a hotel which wanted to charge me extra money after telling me I would pay no more. Then I was shown an incredibly small room, which had not been decorated for a LONG time and which had a disgusting smell. I managed to get them to give me the correct price, as unfortunately circumstances meant I had to use the accomodation. I had my Italian speaking friend call Cristallo in order to try to improve the situation, but this did not help. My opinion is simple. Do not book this hotel, or the "alternative," hotel Astron.
