It is about a 3min walk to Las Ramblas and is in the centre of everything. I am already booking a trip to go back their next year! Excellent place and would recommend it to anyone!

When walking up to the building it seemed like we might have chosen the wrong apartment to stay in (the door is in an alley and it smelt like pee), but as went into the building everything changed. The owners of the complex are extremely nice and inviting and the apartments themselves were really nice. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a roof terrace and BBQ area advertised also for this apartment,but the whole time we were there this was locked and there was noone to ask to open it!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating - 13th May 2008 Mixed Group 25-30 3/5 Comments: The property is an excellent location, only 2 minutes from La Rambla and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was adequate, quite large but in need of some updating, the bathroom and kitchen could definitely be replaced. The main faults with the room were 1 - the smell in the room was terrible, I'm not sure what caused it but they definitely need to improve this. 2 - The walls were very thin so you could hear everything going on in the apartment/halls above/next to the room. 3 - on entering the room you are greeted with a card stating the cost of replacing any items damaged/stolen. Fair enough but they were quoting ridiculous prices, if you accidentally damaged a glass table in the room you had to pay over 500 Euros - I could have imported a table exactly the same from the UK for less than half the price. The Iron which would have cost 30Euro to replace didn't even work! I would recommend this place for a central location but I wouldn't personally stay there again.

We did not see anything of the owners once we had checked in and unable contact them when we had a problem.The location was great, apart from the nightclub right outside and the occassional dodgy character.More suited to parties then couples.

The windowlessness wasn't a problem at all, and even if the advertised spacious bed wasn't quite that spacious, we really enjoyed the clean, well equipped room and bathroom. I would recommend it to anyone, but if you are unlucky, the thin walls can keep you awake through the night. Both the neighborhood and people in the hostel aren't always as considerate as you'd like.

The apartment was very clean and seemed very safe on the inside. The only problem was that there was a lot of noise coming into our apartment from other apartments. The walls seemed very thin. Overall it was a great experience.

I stayed there for 4 nights and the apartment is like a studio apartment with cooking facilities in your room. It may be cheaper to flag down a taxi to the airport. The taxi arranged charged 30 euro, which is much higher than the meter fare of about 20 euro (probably due to other charges).

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a satellite TV. The rooms are in good condition and the location is great for the visitors for the ones who comes to Barcelona first time (very near to Ramblas). We will pick the same place for our next visit to Barca. Thanks for the stuff. :) See you
